Cancellations and reschedules require a 24-hour notice. No call no shows will result in fee & will not be allowed to book future services.

 A $20 dollar non-refundable deposit is required for appointments that goes towards your total. This can be done through Cashapp, Zelle, or ApplePay.

Late Arrivals

 All services require an appointment through the booking link above. I will reach out to you on next steps & deposit upon booking. Once your deposit is received, I will confirm your appointment.

Please arrive on time. There is a grace period of 15 minutes, after which will result in a $20 dollar fee.  

Location

I am located on the West side of San Antonio, TX. Exact location will be provided a day before your  appointment.  

Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS. If there is an issue with your lashes, notify me so we can work something out.  Any problems with your lashes can be accommodated within one day after service.  

Client Expectations

Please no caffeine before your appointment. Expect to lay down for up to 2 hours or more. 

Please come with a clean bare face. No make up of any kind, especially eye make up.

All Clients are expected to follow booking policies and sign a consent waiver prior to appointment.
